I'm going to go for a walk outside after I eat some (late) breakfast in a few then work out at my usual time a little later in the day. I will probably do some HIIT and a little stationary bike, although I should roll out my legs first. Hit it hard all through the holiday and my quads feel tight today.1

I did my next day of 30 Day Shred and a 30min brisk walk on my treadmill. My biggest workout will be bundling up my kids and going for a walk in the snow and pulling them behind me in a sleigh1

Endurance day and no gym available for me--so 4 mile walk with the dog this morning and a 60 min grind on the stair master watching football this afternoon.0

Hill sprints! These take up a very short amount of time and boost the metabolism! great for fat burning and it will only take you 15 to 20minutes!1

I did a turbo jam workout, followed by 20 min of yoga. I also took advantage of the beautiful weather and walked my 2 dogs.
