My new favorite breakfast!!! Take a ramekin or small bowl and oil it. Slice of ham/proscuitto/cut tomatos. Several pieces of spinach. Crack an egg over the top. Can't beat steel cut oats... I triple the recipe and add sliced apples and cinnamon. I start it in the morning, jump on the elliptical while it cooks, make coffee, and it's done!
