I ended up with having 1 carb, 5 fat and 84 protein left for the day..... do I go ahead and try to fill that protein which will make me go over on both fat and carbs or do I just go ahead and be done with eating for the day?

Calories are what is important for fat loss. At this point I would not worry about your fat, carbs, and protein at all as they will not affect fat loss.

Riley's correct. That said, if you're finding it hard to stay under your daily calorie goal, try substituting some of your carbs for proteins and fats. I find them to be more satiating than carbs and upping my protein intake tends to reduce the amount of snacking I do throughout the day.

I'm new at the macros thing so I'm still trying to figure out the right foods to get to the numbers I have. My main problem is that I have a hard time getting to my numbers. I'm always under but 100 or like today I have 415 calories left and the the other numbers are as I stated above. Most of what I have are lower calorie and fat foods with higher proteins. I have to make myself eat during the day because I am never hungry during the day. So I'm trying to find a balance.

I will say it again, pay attention to calories. That calorie number given by Myfitnesspal is a goal to reach. So stop eating low calorie/low fat foods. Just focus on getting your calories with nutritious foods, and realize including some low nutrition but tasty food like chocolate or cookies or something similar is just fine as part of your overall food.

FYI, I keep edamame in the fridge. When I need more protein at the end of the day, I sprinkle a little lemon on!
