Clarification: Free vs Premium Subscription?

My daughter and I are doing Fitness Pal (she to transition into dairy free and semi-vegetarian, me to lose weight). My husband is considering it as well. I find the free version very helpful, but am not willing to pay three times for three subscriptions! All I really want is to be able to export or otherwise easily view the nutrients of the foods that we normally eat so that we can continue to tweak our intake. Do we have to pay premium to do this, or is there a way of doing it on the free version without going food by food through our diary? Do those "average" users think it is worth it to spring for premium?

Figured out how to print out my diary without exporting! For the benefit of others, this can be done by following these simple steps
    1. Open up your diary. In my case, I needed to use the Control button and the minus key (next to the O) to reduce the size of my display on the screen. Otherwise, I would have had to print out the totals and snacks on a separate page.
    2. Hit "Print Screen" (next to the all the F1, F2 buttons at the top of your keyboard. That makes your screen "grey out". Draw a box around your diary with the mouse.
    3. Once the box is drawn, you will have the option at the bottom of the box to hit print. Hit print. Punch and put in a binder!

The trickest part for me was the screen reduction - had to phone a friend on that one. Like most of us, I do what I need to do effectively on my computer, but the little things like this need "phone a friend"!
