My steps have been way low the past couple of months. My cardio is walking and stationary bike. For June I want 300,000 steps (10,000 daily avg) and 200 miles (50 a week) on the bike

I want to get under 190. I put on some weight the last couple of years. In the process of taking it off. My ultimate goal would be 180 but I know from past experience as soon as I hit 190 I definitely notice a difference. Mentally and physically. More energy. Simply feel better.

Hi Heather, Cardio wise - biking is good for bad knees. Doesn't have the pounding of jogging but still gives range of motion. Weights wise - you can do squats but just don't go so slow. Same with lunges. How bad are your knees? What do you think you can do?

For me, I tend to start slowly with walking and stretching. Usually do that for about 3 days and than just dive back in
