Do some research on proper running form. Maybe film yourself and then adjust it. Also, check out your shoes... they might be the culprit. Lastly, maybe slow it down.

Slow and steady is the way to go! You'll be amazed! This is hard to imagine now, but soon you'll realize that running is a mental challenge. Trust the program. Keep it steady and at a conversational pace and you'll be done before you know it!

I need to do laundry, but... because I'm human... I decided to put it off. Ended up putting on a pair of underwear I avoid because it's uncomfortable. I was so surprised at how differently it fit me! It really drove home that I was losing weight. :)

Fitness22 has a 5k pacer app. I'm very satisfied with their other apps.

I ran for an hour straight!!!! I'm 70 days away from starting C25K. The body is an amazing thing!! I still have about 2 more miles before I'm ready for a 10K. (My goal distance.) I think I'll do a 10K pacer app and try to squeeze all 6.2 miles into an hour. Then onto a half marathon. ;)

Well... I was supposed to do Week 11 Day 3 which was 25 mins running, 3 min walk, then 15 mins running. Slow it down. Even if it's as slow as walking speed. I started off at about 275 with my C25K and I had to run very slowly. Now I'm training for a 10k. :)
