are they short of bars too? I used to have 2 bars by my step, warm up/shoulder weight and then a heavier one for squats onwards

I have adapted a fair bit because yes, she does like keeping things. But I have realised that everything is currently stored in the house, so all is good. Happy Tuesday!! Boredom eating is the worst!! I am going gym again tonight to sit on the bike and watch netflix rather than sit on the sofa with a bag of crisps. (I can go home after biking and sit on sofa with a small bag of crisps and a huge stir fry and win!) I am feeling pretty good about my schedule at the moment.…

I found the same with protein pancakes - way nicer fresh - but then timing becomes an issue for me to cook and eat takes too much time haha with the shake, I do use milk. I sometimes have water, but that is usually for pudding after dinner so am less concerned with the solid food cravings. I find my brain wants solid food…

I have a protein shake - 20g protein powder and 300ml semi skimmed milk = 230cals/27g protein sometimes I have bacon and mushrooms as well - but that would bump it up to 470 odd cals. :)

6km No lanes despite website saying there would be and lifeguards saying there would be. Much much busier than previous weeks and noone with any awareness of the fact that I was clearly going up and down the wall repeatedly. They just swam at me!! Argh Not relaxing but I earned my surf and turf later
