My hair has gotten major curly since I have gotten older. I don't know what to do with it? It's straight at the top and a mess down below, and as the day goes on it gets worse. If I straighten it it just curls weirdly later in the day. I give up.

Excellent info, thanks for posting. I have never heard this about low-carb but I believe it. I was once diagnosed with MDD, bipolar and all sorts of other stuff but after getting fit and losing weight (watching my diet) all the mental problems evaporated. I definitely have a carb sensitivity as well...

39, back on here for a second time. I lost about 60 pounds in 2016-ish. I'm still at a lower weight but skinnyfat. My belly and chin are the big problems :)

Yes this is very true. I do NOT recommend quitting meds cold-turkey, and actually I was foolish to do that. The only reason I did that was because my doctor dropped me as a patient due to "noncompliance"... but it was a VERY rocky road going off the meds. Ask your doc and taper off if needed.
