As we age we can't work out as hard. I know I dont lift with the same intensity I did in my 20s'. However, I lift far more intenesly then many men my age! You have to reset your expectations and just stay focused on your goal. Effort=Results.....Have you tried the ketogenic diet? I am seeing some impressive body…

Put cream cheese in a slice of salami and roll it. They are a great low carb appetizer.

I also like pork rinds. Some of my other snacks are walnuts, macadamia nuts, Wild Planet Sardines (lightly smoked with mustard), all kinds of cheeses, Castelvetrano olives and Parmesan crisps.

Way to go I am at day 14 myself! It has had a postive impact for me. I always lifted weights....but now I am watching what I eat and in ketosis. This combination is proving to be very effective for two weeks.

I have been in ketosis for 10 days and on MFP for less then that. I use test strips to make sure. I have already lost a few pounds. I drink Bulletproof Coffee with MCT oil in the morning and don't eat food till lunch (just a juice and coffee till noon). At lunch I eat Wild Planet Sardines in Olive Oil and a crustless…

Do a few more concentration curls, hammer curls, dumbbell tricep extensions etc with your left arm on isolation lifts.
