Our Edmonton (Alberta) air quality was horrid for about a week - couldn't do anything outside. Wasn't too bad inside the gym but just going to/from was awful. At least my house got the TLC it deserved while I was stuck inside! Here's hoping everyone gets clear air soon. Xx

I'm struggling with awful cramps - yep, still getting powerful cramps every month with or without a period. And just to keep it interesting hot flashes every 20 minutes or so. Because what good is a killer cramp without a sweatfest to go with it?! :s

Get a baby Bjorn and take her for a walk .... or pull her in a wagon ... or push her in a dog stroller. My daughter puts her chickens in her wagon and takes them for walks - I kid you not. Put her in a bike basket and go for a long bike ride with a picnic stop for both of you. The options are literally endless ....

Yes :+1: . Did 45 minutes on the stairmill and another 15 on high incline on the treadmill; stretched it all out then went for a sauna. I'd go for a walk later ... if the snow ever stops coming down. :(
