I saw an ad that some Costco locations are carrying HT and have the same deal. Either vanilla or birthday cake flavors. Haven't been to my local store to verify.

I tried the chocolate mint cookie tonight. I love mix-ins normally and didn't think it was possible to have too many, but this one really did. Each spoonful was mostly fudge and cookie, and I struggled to taste the ice cream. I hope the other ones are better.

I've been eyeing this too. The flavors change monthly. I wanted to try the Puppy Chow and frosted animal cracker versions, but I missed out.

sometimes I'll have a bag of steamfresh frozen veggies and canned chicken for lunch. Quick and more filling (to me) than a frozen meal.

My husband was quoted about $10k two years ago. I live in central US.

I've been eating those for breakfast lately. The peanut butter flavor is the best. 220 calories, 20g protein, 5g fiber and keeps me full until lunch.

I miss this candy. It wasn't around very long.

I found these Cadbury Egg cookies at Walmart tonight. I love Cadbury Eggs, but these were disappointing. Too much crunchy cookie bottom and not enough egg.

Maybe take a break from the scale for awhile. I only weigh myself once a month, otherwise it messes with my head too much.

Loose fitting clothes and shoes. I was more swollen than expected, and my shoes didn't fit well. Also, your own underwear and pads. I was much more comfortable with my favorites that fit my body well.

There are some good lactose free dairy options if you decide not to cut out dairy completely. Breyers lactose free ice cream, Lactaid brand milk and ice cream, etc. My husband is lactose intolerant, and he manages it pretty well with these options. ohsheglows.com is a good place for vegan recipes

There are a few meal prep places in my city that sell single serving portions. freshfitmeals.com getfit-grill.com missprep.com None delivers (doesn't seem cost effective to me), but it isn’t a big deal to just stop by and pick up. Prices range from $8-$10 per meal and are roughly 400-500 calories each. I’ve tried 2 places,…

Flapjacked Mighty Muffin apple cinnamon flavor 20g protein, 5g fiber, 220 calories I prefer a smallish breakfast, and the texture is much better than a protein bar.

I'm not a morning person, so I exercise after the kids are in bed. 8-9 pm usually. It sucks, but I do it anyway.

Maybe you just need to find the right sites. A lot of what I find on Pinterest doesn't taste very good, but I've found a few gems. The blogs I like are: budgetbyes, pinchofyum, minimalistbaker and wellplated.

Budgetbytes.com has some good, fairly simple recipes

I have date night every Tuesday night. We often go to restaurants. I usually order any entree, but usually skip the bread basket and dessert. Other than that, I stick to my calorie target.

What are the differences from an advertising and marketing perspective? It seems like a traditional publisher would be a great help there. I buy both ebooks and print books on a regular basis, but I tend to ignore self published ebooks as they are often crap.

I like to take a shower - being able to wash the day away and start fresh helps.

Panera is next door to my office. Turkey chili or a salad for ~500 calories.
