I've been trying to eat more protein for breakfast, but today i was really craving cereal. Unfortunately we were out of milk. But i made do. Multi grain Cheerios, unsweetened almond milk, jaggery, chocolate chips. 234 calories. Not bad considering the unsweetened milk.0
