So day 2 (yesterday) was a rest day but still only ate 1800 cals Today is day 3 So I hit the gym with Legs. And I'm still going for 1800 cals I had my first meal at 13:00 today so happy that I made it 16hours overall for my 'fast' Just had a big lunch/breakfast or Brunch :) So now waiting game until I get home from work…

Thanks for your input man, I see what you are saying 100% but my approach is longevity and I know that doing a 5 day split wth tones of cardio will be counter productive for me right now. I've done it before when I've been 100% full on and gave up after a few weeks as much social life suffered. My approach now is less is…

So day 3 the plan (didn't update yesterday as 'day off' from the gym but not from the diet This morning I did legs Squats, deadlifts, leg press, calves *did some lunges to warm up 3x6 of heavy sets Not feeling great, the workout was very lax and working out before work isn't ideal but only time I can at the moment.
