Day 1 of a less half assed approach

I am from the UK and having been up and down in weight and having loads of motivation to having none for a long a long time now.

I have decided to make a proper lifestyle change and am looking for accountability.

I am getting married in June this year and want to be the best I have ever been for my bride and for the rest of our lives together!

Anyone looking to help me keep motivated is much appreciated.

I will log and track daily and try my best to keep as much uptodate progress pictures and weight the best I can....

    So day 2 (yesterday) was a rest day but still only ate 1800 cals

    Today is day 3
    So I hit the gym with Legs.

    And I'm still going for 1800 cals
    I had my first meal at 13:00 today so happy that I made it 16hours overall for my 'fast'
    Just had a big lunch/breakfast or Brunch :)
    So now waiting game until I get home from work and I can eat another big meal then cardio tomorrow in the form of 5-a side football.

    Welcome to MFP! Did you eat 1800 healthy calories? Drink enough water? Track everything?
    You seem to have it under control....just checking in since you want some accountability!

    Day 4 football tonight so that's my cardio!
    But it's 2 of my teams. Birthdays today so that means 2 cakes!!

    But I will be strong and not cake....I mean cave
