Day 1 workout 1

I am from the UK and having been up and down in weight and having loads of motivation to having none for a long a long time now.

I have decided to make a proper lifestyle change and am looking for accountability.

I will log and track daily and try my best to keep as much uptodate progress pictures and weight the best I can....

My current stats are all in my profile and I have used a scale at the gym (and will be using the same one throughout my change)
It tracks Height/weight/body fat and lean mass (however unreal this is, I've done it anyways)

So based on that.

I am aiming for 1900 cals a day 6 days a week and 2800 for 1

I will be using RPT which Is 3 days a week with cardio on my days off.

Day 1
Chest back shoulders arms
3 sets 4-6 reps

    So day 3 the plan (didn't update yesterday as 'day off' from the gym but not from the diet

    This morning I did legs

    Squats, deadlifts, leg press, calves
    *did some lunges to warm up
    3x6 of heavy sets

    Not feeling great, the workout was very lax and working out before work isn't ideal but only time I can at the moment.

    Diet is going well, but I know I am relying too much on processed cr*p at the moment

    Day 4 football tonight so that's my cardio!
    But it's 2 of my teams. Birthdays today so that means 2 cakes!!

    But I will be wrong and not cake....I mean cave
