Realizing I will probably never have the level of commitment needed to do anything meaningful using this site. Also, contemplating whether to knit a bit.. or just go to bed. I probably should just turn in.

I wear what I want and don't follow fashion trends. I abhor all 90s fashion, since I lived through it as a teenager. NO THANK YOU. Most of it is tacky, terrible and ill fitting unless you're tall-ish and thin. The rest of us were forced into wearing carpenter jeans, elephant pants and tacky oversized graphic tees,…

Usually, that means you need a longer inseam. So.. a 30" for example. I have similar issues with most pants I wear ( dislike low-rise jeans and how they sit on my body), so I opt for mid or high rise jeans. My normal inseam *would be* a 32, but due to how I prefer wearing my jeans (and being able to comfortably sit and…

I hate it when my nose gets itchy.. but it's the inside, so obviously if I scratch it it's gonna look like I'm picking my nose.

I have a bad habit of "ghosting" people I don't want to engage with anymore. I don't like confrontation and I hate arguing. Leaving without a word is easier than having an argument about what a *kitten* person I feel someone is.. or how they make me feel less-than. But do I owe them an explanation for why I left? Does it…

Depends on the person, really: I would much rather get gift cards than kitsch crap or items I can't use or will probably send to a thrift store in January. My parents at are at the point in their lives where they prefer gift cards because they have too much stuff and don't need/want anything else, however, they still…

Listening to one of my YouTube playlists: I'm weeding out repeats of songs I have in here (600+ songs). Making a tiny grocery list. Realizing I need to start laundry. Dreading having to do a recording of my voice reading translated Korean sentences about a trip I took years ago (I hate my voice). Realizing I still have to…

... I can't fold a fitted sheet to save my life. I mean, I can "fold" it, but it will never be pretty or flat like it was when I purchased it.

That is a party foul.. unless those spirits end up back in those frosty mugs. :#

This weirdo plays with the water he drinks (getting it everywhere) and likes to pretend he's trash sometimes.

100% this. I finished my shopping mid-November (before Black Friday). Now I get to kick back and wait for them to trickle in and wrap them as I go. No having to rush around, dealing with stupid people or stupid traffic in this horrible black hole city of traffic and injury lawsuits.

I am being drunk and unapologetic about it.

They were.. when they were in this sort of argumentative/judgmental mood. Otherwise, they were a lot of fun to be around. Kind of a Jekyll/Mr. Hyde kind of situation, really. Never knew what would set them off to bring out the beast.

Contacting you out of the blue after a long period of time (years, even). Automatically a red flag.

Being sent a text from someone I've had no contact with since early last year. I went no contact on them (I ghosted them and I'm not sorry about it) because they had some problematic behavioral traits I didn't want to be around. Including, but not limited to: * Extremely violent outbursts when things didn't work out. To…

* We haven't had cable since maybe the second year of marriage (going on 15 years now). We found out that we get by just fine with the Internet, Netflix and Hulu. * Neither of us has a dedicated cell-phone service. We both utilize Tracfone, which is pay-as-you-go and stores minutes/texts that aren't used. They just…

Wearing my sweater (that I knitted) in the wild. Merry Monday, y'all.

I basically spent more money than I should have to import this from the UK to here (no stores in the U.S. had a copy of this and it was a Black Friday exclusive). I hate that I had to order it from a store I've never used before (I normally import from Drift Records, but they were already sold out by the time I woke up to…

I am grateful for my ability to craft, even at the lowest of times. It may be the only thing that keeps me on this planet at times.

Uhm... $150 on several business casual/professional set pieces that finally went on sale. I think I got 6 separate pieces.. each is usually 50-80 on their own, so yay.. sale.

I mean, I have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder), which causes bouts of insomnia, resulting in an inability to navigate to sleepy town. It is compounded by overthinking, over-analyzing and otherwise thinking about the most ridiculously dumb stuff right before bedtime. Most of the time, it is not related to stress,…

* Migraines * Consistent oily skin (worse in winter for whatever reason) * Being cursed with menstruation * My husband relying on me to "help" him with his Korean homework because he can't be bothered to do the work himself and then wondering why I get snippy. Look, it's not my fault you don't pay attention in class and…
