Im back on the bus too..good news for me as soon as I got my structure back, logging food, portion sizes, water, diligent exercise...I feel pretty good...you will be fine.

I agree with the above..the coolest thing about my 100 pound loss was that it started as a diet and evolved organically into a whole new lifestyle...relax and let the process work. Trust the process.

May I suggest you try yoga, I have lost 64 so far and yoga has helped me regain my center and balance after being so out of whack when I was so overweight.

I am first concerned with calories, I also do not track per se my macros but definitely watch them..I will not allow myself to go over in Carbs..thats for sure

Actually, I appreciate that I can get a grilled chicken breast, lettuce and tomato there , I tell them to leave the sauce and the bun off ...add a small fries, a little bbq sauce and it is a very easy and decent meal

Always ask if they have a light or fat free dressing, skip the bread, look for lean entrees..I have tried some amazing things I would never have tried before, I had a cracker crusted baked walleye the other day that was to die for...chose a side of seasoned green beans ( ask for side choices or substitutions) and I have to…

Try a restorative yoga class and askahead for modifications to poses .. there is chair yoga, also ask for modifications using bolsters , bricks and belts ... any good yogi will be thrilled to help you enjoy yoga. Namaste

I have lost 38, I have 69 more to go until my first goal. People say I look better, I don't see it to be honest. The before was May 2017 at my sons High School graduation. That isn't even my heaviest.

I have found so many "new" foods that I really enjoy. I like hard boiled eggs, I also enjoy popcorn, and Pomegrante seeds, fresh fish, quinoa, lol...all kinds of new stuff, it has become kind of fun
