Side note: I downloaded an app called ResQwalk that not only donates money to the rescue of your choice based on how much you walk, but it also just makes it super easy to track your walks for the week. Checking in for the first week! I started on Tuesday and my goal was one walk a day (about 3/4 mile each) I was so busy Thursday and Friday this week so I did miss two days, but I made up for it with an extra walk Saturday and extra milage. I love this idea! I'm a student and I feel so guilty when I don't find the time to give my puppy the walks she deserves. My goal for this week will be one 15 minute walk a day, and a hike once a week. I'm sure my little nugget will thank me!
