So, I turned 45 and realized that I need to change my lifestyle if I didn't want to be 80 and miserable. A self proclaimed couch potato, who has never exercised or watched what I eat. I stumbled o this app in January and have slowly started to make changes. In finally to the point where I can be confident I've turned my life in a new direction. Now I am willing to put my journey and struggles out there,

Thank you. I had lost 21 lbs and then I started focusing on exercise. I backstepped 6 lbs. But I know in moving the right direction. But still sad to see the needle move back up instead of down.
