I have a fried egg on lite whole grain toast with a tsp of real butter and fresh fruit. Oatmeal with raisins walnuts and fat free half and half. Greek yogurt with Half cup of blueberries and 1/3 cup granola and a sprinkle of slivered almonds

I'm 5' 1/4 inch and I'm on 1200 calories a week. I burn off about 300-400 calories a day! I do not use the ones I burn off and I noticed that a lot of people are having the same problem of not using them. If we don't use them than we are eating way to little calories. True or false? Should we be eating back 50% of burned calories every day? I have not done that very often. Will I loose more weight that way? I've been loosing very slow.

Not sure about that either! But if you gave 1200 calories and you burn off 400 for instance than you are actually only eating 600 which is not good . Your metabolism has not enuf to work for you! What does every think about this idea?
