Hypothetically speaking can I use all calories I burn during the week and use them on the weekend? I don’t do this all the time!!

I'm having the same problem not knowing to eat my extra calories or just let them sit there and just use my allotted calories. What do you all think?

I would like to know if I exercise 6 days a week and burn 300-400 calories do I just ignore them and stick with my allotted calories or do I use the calories I burn off. I'm on 1300 calories. If I don't use them then I am not getting my total 1300.
