Hypothetically speaking can I use all calories I burn during the week and use them on the weekend? I don’t do this all the time!!

I usually eat at or above maintenance on the weekend - so long as you average out to a deficit, you'll end the week weighing less (water-weight notwithstanding, of course). It's all math! If you burn an extra 100 calories Monday through Friday and ate 500 back Saturday, it'd be just the same as if you'd eaten an extra 100 each week day.

A lot of people give themselves a weekly calorie goal rather than a daily one to adjust for days they eat more and days they eat less, this fits right into that.

Sort of. What is actually happening when you do that is that you are losing fat during the week and then regaining some of it over the weekend. Or if you prefer to look at it a different way then you are gaining weight over the weekend and then exercising to lose extra during the week. There is a limit to how much you can do of this. For example, if you are burning 1,000 calories in exercise per day during the week and also eating at a deficit of 500 calories you would be losing more than 2lbs over five days and then regaining a significant portion of that over two days. That is simply not healthy and you might find that you don't have enough energy during the week. But if you keep your weight loss over the five days to about a pound then you should be okay.

Yes, I keep a weekly spreadsheet. Eat less during the week and re-feed if you will, on the weekends.

You can certainly bank up a few hundred extra. More than that is pretty hard, because there is a reason you "get" more, which is that you need more. You could get pretty stinking hungry!
