It's very hard! I knew my body would be different after giving birth but wow I was still not prepared for the changes! My girls were born March 2015 so we're on a similar time frame! Even now I'm down to pre pregnancy weight and clothes (finally) but my body is a little softer to say the least! I understand how hard it is…

Haha yes! We shorties need to stick together! I've started using smaller plates and that's helped me get used to smaller portions. Congrats on your weight loss! That's awesome! Feel free to add me if you're looking for more motivation.

I started at 1400 calories for about a month to lose 1lb per week then went to 1200 I eat back some or most calories. I find I'm hungrier on days I don't exercise which might just be boredom? But I've adjusted to 1200 per day but it take a bit to adjust. I'm not very restrictive in what I eat I just do smaller portions and…

Thanks so much for sharing! Great job. My goal is to lose 30 too. The first 15 came off in 2 months and now it's been a couple weeks and the scale hasn't changed and it's been frustrating. I know it takes time so this is very reassuring and motivating!

I have twin 2 year olds and feel your pain and exhaustion! My girls are big red meat eaters and like to feed me their snacks too. I've made an effort to have healthier snacks like apples, bananas, carrot sticks, and cucumbers so we can share. I've been doing more portion control and not necessarily cutting anything out. I…
