Thanks! 30 day shred is a workout video by Jillian Michaels that is in 3 parts. It's based on cardio, strength, and abs. I liked that it was only 30 minutes and progressively got harder. I streamed mine off amazon video for cheap.

I'm still working on losing and toning but the 30 Day Shred helped me lose most of my back fat and side crease.

It's gets so much harder the closer you get! I lost 15lbs in a few months then hit a plateau for a few weeks. I changed up my routine and started 30 day shred. I also started drinking more water and tried to cut more sugar and empty calories where I could. I've now lost a total of 24 lbs and am getting closer to my goal!…

I would love to join! Just sent my request. I'm 29 and working to lose 30lbs (1st goal I'll reassess after). I've lost 24 since January but as I get closer it gets harder to lose! Would love more friends with similar goals!

I'm still a work in progress but I've lost 23lbs since January and I'm 5' 1.5". Don't laugh at my itsy bitsy bicep. I'm just happy to have some muscle! My stomach got stretched from carrying twins so I have more work to do!

Finally finished 30 DS! I started losing weight in January and hit a plateau in April. This program was great to push through the plateau and start toning more. I have more work to do but happy with my month's results. I lost a total of 9.5" and 5.3lbs.

I've been loving these oatmeal pancakes! I load in blueberries or pecans and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar or light amount of maple syrup! I make them Sunday eat two every morning. I use wheat flour and less sugar than original recipe. They keep me full until lunch.

Agreed! It's taken a lot to get through this video I think I need a slight mental (and physical) break! Also I figure it's summer and I am much more active with my girls! We'll see... And yes @marieschneider1097 post progress pics when you're done! So excited for you!

Day 22 done! Still trying to decide what to do next. Start another video or just intermix different shred workouts throughout the week....

My husband and I decided to refinish our hardwood floors this weekend. It took way longer than expected and a lot of energy! I haven't done the 30DS since Thursday and I'm starting to feel guilty and worried I'm going to stall progress. Anyone else take more than a day off in a row?!

I'm on day 19. I haven't lost a ton of weight only 4.5 lbs but I've finally noticed my side "crease" is gone and my back is looking better! I'm so excited! Lol
