I need a 30 day shred buddy

Forgot to mention, how much does gaining weight suck?!! I know it's a mental thing, and water weight from new a new workout, but it still sucks! I've been losing on and off for a year, and only after starting 30DS have I gained even though I'm still in a deficit. I know I'm not gaining fat but it's annoying that the scale won't budge!2

Ugh I have been such a slacker this past week!! But moving on ahead anyway, finished L2D3 today. Right now I'm supposed to finish the shred a couple days before my wedding so that's all the motivation I need to get my butt into gear2

Soooo... I know it's a little late but I'd like to join in! I started May 1st and do weekdays and have weekends off so the program will take me 6 weeks instead of 4. Level 2 starts tonight and I'm dreading it! The first 4 days of level 1 were a killer and I think it's going to be the same again this time round! I've never made it to level 2 so I'm slightly excited... keep kicking butt everyone! If I'm still alive after level 2 tonight I'll update on how it went
I thought level 2 was harder but more fun! Hopefully you will too I am also taking weekends off, and doing week days.

Level 2... wow. I don't think I've ever sweat so much in my life!! Definitely going to feel it tomorrow, but man am I excited for this level!2

Day 12 done! And still feeling good so I'm adding 30min stationary bike to my day:^)2

Whew really was not feeling it today but still did a level 3 today!! Felling good now, and I'm going to do some yoga! It helps so much to see others completing the workout and someone to tell about it! Thanks everyone for being here3

Day 1 today. I've done Shred several times, but not in a couple years. It's like an old friend.2

I am on day 21 ..today was my first day on level 3!! I made it through but I found the first exercise really hard. I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength and have definitely lost inches3

After starting level 2 yesterday, I don't ache this morning like I thought I would. I guess I didn't push myself hard enough during it1

Day 2 of level 2 complete! Though the cardio is killing me! How can I run for 40 minutes straight but I can't do 2 minutes of varied cardio.. not sure if Jillian is a God or the devil2

Day 22 done....day 2 of level 3. Its hard...hopefully gets easier as the days go on lol3

Took two days off but back to it today. Level 3, day 6 done. Hoping to finish up by Sunday now.2

Day 13 done! I'm able to do everything with my new 8lb weights now except the side lunge/anterior raise (still using 3s and that's hard...I'm so worn out by then)2

Day 13 complete!! Weight loss is still stalled but I haven't measured my inches yet. When did you (if you did) start noticing you had lost inches?
I love that I'm feeling stronger and don't feel like I'm dying half way through anymore.2 -

I took measurements after each level and didn't see inches lost until after level 2.

Hello. Just thought I'd chime in. I am doing the Shred this month as well and take Sundays off. I'll be on day 18 today so I have skipped days 7 and 14 only. I don't know if I'm going to lose weight or inches but I guess I will have more strength. I saw someone mention sweating and YES it's ridiculous how much down pour I have from level 2. Also I want to go on record stating I hate pendulum lunges with hammer curls2

Lol! So funny and so true. I'm guessing the workout is "beneath" their fitness level because they aren't even breathing hard and I don't know why. Hahahaha:-)1
