L1 day 5 complete!! I did 10 push-ups before dropping to my knees! Still doing high marches during jump rope so as to not aggravate my sore calf muscle. I have a friend who wants to start coming to do it with me so I may end up doing 15 days of level 1, but it can't hurt right;)0

L1D6 done tomorrow my rest day and Monday will be L1D7. I find if I exercise everyday then I get burned out and quit but when I take a rest day every 7 days I don't have that problem.3

Question. If I do the workout in the morning and afternoon does that count as 2 days or no? My daughter likes to exercise with me after school1

L1 day 6 done. I will end up doing 15 days of level one because I had a friend commit to coming over to do it with me and today was her day 1:) I'm excited to have her do it with me! It was harder than she thought it was going to be and it made me happy that no one was here to see me struggle so bad through the first few days LOL3

Level 3, day 1 done! It is definitely hard, but I can already tell from one day that this one is going to be good for my stomach and butt. Lots of ab work, (jump!)squats and lunges.2

L1D1 done on Sunday. Will do D2 today. Should have done it first thing this morning but have been putting it off. Will do it before I pick up the kids from school - which leaves me 2,5h ;-)
I'm combining it with running, trying to get to 10K in July. So will be alternating each day between the two.

L1D8 done but just realized I will be starring L2D1 on Friday. Just in time for the weekend to start.3

L1D7 done! My calf is better and I started doing jump rope again and it's so much harder >.< yikes! Still up 1.5 lbs which I'm assuming is still water weight. Had a cheat meal last Friday night but it wasn't incredibly excessive and I was still way under cals for the week so I'm sure it's water weight but I wish it would drop off :^|1

Lost some of my water weight and almost back down to 30 day shred starting weight....within less than a pound. That's encouraging as I was getting a little fed up with being almost 2 pounds up0
