I actually hit my goal, then had to stop taking some medication, and gained back 3 lbs.! :/ But, I still know I made it, and if it wasn't for current health issues, I know I could have met my goal and then some! Once I get everything under control, I know I can do this, and I WILL lose at least 40 more lbs. by September!

I unexpectedly could not weigh myself today so I am using last week's weight as my end weight. I have done really well the past week so I should have at least maintained 129. So, I lost about 5.5 pounds this challenge. I am very happy about this. I got back to the 120s and it's been 2 years since I was that low.

Thanks for a great challenge everyone! It looks like many of you did awesome!

I just missed my goal, but I'm damn proud of the hard work that I've put in, so I'm happy. I've done a ton of walking and running (step challenge at work in progress), along with being at ball fields every weekend which means lots of water and fruit.
