I have got to find a way to avoid candy. I am going to try meditation and affirmations reminding myself that candy is bad for me, and I like the way I look now more than I like the candy. Will take any ideas anyone has on beating the candy monster.1 -

If you aren't already, don't buy it at the store! Only have non-tempting foods around in your house. At least for me, if I don't have stuff in the house, I don't feel like driving out for a craving so I keep food in the house I know I won't binge on. This really helps me.1 -
