I was less Yesterday morning 234.8 I started my new lifestyle 02/14/2017 at 248.6 and I can't get past 13.8 lbs. loss. I see others have lost twice as much in this time I just don't get it, so I joined this challenge to help motivate me to keep on, I've logged on to MFP for 84 days straight and I'm very proud of that.

I was less Yesterday morning 234.8 I started my new lifestyle 02/14/2017 at 248.6 and I can't get past 13.8 lbs. loss. I see others have lost twice as much in this time I just don't get it, so I joined this challenge to help motivate me to keep on, I've logged on to MFP for 84 days straight and I'm very proud of that.

I weighed 177.2 yesterday morning, so not sure what's up with being heavier today. But I'll chalk it up to water or something and keep on going with the plan. Happy to see the scale moving down either way and to finally be in the 170's for the 1st time since my son was born.6 -

I was 161 all weekend and I was so happy! But then I got on the scale this morning and it said 164 I'll keep pushing on though!7
