Ok. Thanks. So far I've lost 24 lb. I have about 6lbs to go to get my goal. I just had a grande non fat no whip hazelnut latte and a blueberry muffin. (Grand total about 560 cal) and I wanted to make sure I had my info correct.

I know someone who was on the show and has managed to keep the weight off. She exercises and eats at a deficit. That being said, I don't watch the show.

I second this. If I can do it, anyone can. I'm not a pro or powerlifter or anything, but I have gained so much muscle following a program. I wouldn't worry about the hand held body fat results - as others have said, inaccurate. Congrats on the loss and keep up the good work[/quote] Thank you!

I am locked in to this gym til the end of May. I've seen some increase in muscle, but not much. Curves Gym is great for weight loss but they don't have free weights. When my membership expires then I'm joining the gym with my husband. Until then, I will just have to do dumb bells and go with my husband on occasion.

I am not lifting weights. I have dumbbells hat I use on occasion. I'll start using them more and see what happens.

Yes, i used one of the handheld machines. That's the only way I've had my BF measured. The scale to measure my weight is the doctor type scale. This is my 4th weigh and measure if that makes a difference.

If I'm hungry, I eat them. Sometimes all and sometimes half. I'm still losing weight and inches so it's what's working for me.

Water, gum and chocolate almond milk when I'm craving an iced sugary coffee.

I usually don't weigh myself at home. I go to a women's gym and we're weighed and measured at the beginning of every month and I do this first thing in the morning.

Ditto this. I didn't realize how heavy I was and how I looked. Looking at measurements and before pictures reallllly shows me how much I've lost and changed.

I excercise 4-5 times a week and I almost always eat them back. I've lost 20 lbs so far (Since 12/28) I have 5-10 lbs more before my goal! I say, eat them if you're hungry.

It was doing this to me this morning and afternoon! I was able to enter it earlier this evening and it stayed.

I'm 5'8 female and since January 2017 I've lost 20 lb. Thats with calorie deficit, going to the gym and cutting out my sugary coffee drinks I was having daily.

I was definitely hungry and needed to eat. Had a pb and j sandwich with a protein shake and I'm feeling much better.

I figure it's true hunger because I've drank water and I'm shaking. I'll try a small snack and see.

I'm eating my exercise calories and my period is due in a week. I didn't realize a pound a week was so aggressive. I'll change it to a half a pound.

I try to make sure I go to the gym and If I want to eat a bit over my deficit, I do. Period cravings are not fun and I don't deprive myself.

I was just telling my SIL about this. I've lost 19. 5 lbs and it was mostly in my abdominal area. I wasn't able to lay on my back to sleep because I felt breathless. Now, 10 lbs away from my goal, I can sleep on my back with no issue. Do you have anxiety or acid reflux issues?

9 1/2 lbs away. Starting weight was 191 and I was weighed on Monday at 170 1/2. After I reach my goal I want to start gaining strength.
