I love rice but also find it pretty high in calories. I now mix it 50/50 with cauliflower rice. Cuts back the calories and I don’t notice any taste difference! Still lower in calories then potatoes for me.

I won’t give up my full fat French vanilla coffee creamer. I just use less now. I eat light cheese whenever I can & yogurt, sour cream. I also like the half the fat mayonnaise. I prefer light though vs no fat

I use mushrooms, zucchini, garlic, carrot, onion with the sauce, extra lean ground beef or I use turkey! I use low fat mozzarella and low fat cottage cheese and full fat ricotta cheese. Breakfast - Protein smoothie with scrambled eggs, turkey sausages and lots of vegg. Lunch - Taco salad. Dinner - Quesadilla or a sandwich. Snacks -cheese string, raw veggies, two coffees, I may have a protein bar depending on my hunger level later on.

I didn’t quit drinking but I did cut down a lot!! I only drink wine on the weekends & a lot less then I use too. After cutting back so much though I will say that often times I find it not even worth it to drink because I rather eat some more dinner! 🤣 Honestly it gets easier just got to stick with it!

I just started tracking again yesterday! Not feeling too bad about getting off track for a couple weeks. Time to get my booty back on it though!

I don’t eat 1200 daily that’s just the least amount I eat. Most days are 1400. Also the days I work out I definitely don’t eat 1200 calories I eat 1400. My goal is 25g, I was getting only 10-15g but now that I’m trying harder I’m getting closer to 18-20g. TMI but I was having a really hard time with number 2 sense starting to lose weight and I think it was cause I was trying to be fairly low carb.

Maybe I should clarify that technically I should lose another 40ish pounds. At least that’s when I will be at a healthy bmi. I’m currently 196 and need to be around 155. So I was the exact same way I love creamy, sweet coffee. & I like three cups a day 🤣 So what I did is I slowly cut back the amount I used I went from 4-5 tablespoons to 2 tablespoons. & I also had one squirt of sugar free vanilla syrup. I find that really works for me.
