I don't break on exercise in rest day's thats because i'm using TDEE formulas. I'm also working out 5x a week moderate cycling everyday Saturday and Sunday is rest day for me I'm just doing at that day some light cycling which is not so strenous like in moderate cycling or maybe I go walking for miles moderately to brisk…

As long as it's fit on my calories up I go for it, Not to say I love soda but many people goes for 80/20 80% for healthy food and going 20% for any what you want

I feel more comfortable about baggy clothes it gives me more space to wiggle, I'm a Medium Size Asian Male and when I'm buying cusual shirts I go for large for reasons.

On your situation you got only two choices to push yourself eat healthily or do eat what is available around. Personally, for me I'll just do eat what's available around and make a deficit on that way it's easy to do weight loss. :)

BMI tells me I'm fat :lol: I got 23.7 BMI I'm fit exercising regularly as good as I can and I'm an athlete but I consider my weight as the middle weight for my height and healthy :) Self acceptance is the best key for better life

Eye ball portions instead of weighing the food up, I study about eye balling portion up and mastering the key is the best way to do more accurate logging :)

Meal timings in weight loss is not important even in maintenance. I tend to don't have a breakfast if I'm not hungry though I would save it up later, I find that it's easier to stick up to your daily calorie budget if I eat later on the day especially on evenings where the food is the best :lol:

Eat filling foods like protein and fiber it keeps you full and not hungry for significant hours. Do some recreational activities that can distract you up and forget about food in the fridge like doing exercise or any other things, do whats best works for you :)

You can pull weights making it as your exercise regimen. Exercise to tone up and feel good calorie deficit for weight loss, but It doesnt mean that you dont need any exercises to lose weight, exercise helps controling weight and improve body function at the same time :)

Try logging more accurate as you can, be sure you also log additives like if you are drinking coffee and you add some sugar on it 1tsp of sugar is 15 cals adding more can have bigger calorie values.

Water retention and the food in your system for sure! Have a weekly weigh in instead of daily, I prefer weighing myself at WED-THU do what ever works for you. :)

I doesn't watch my macros while losing I can add salt to my food and it is zero calories so I won't log it anymore and I still lose the weight that I want. Calorie deficit to lose weight watch macros for health reason combine the two and get a better good result :)

Take deficit breaks eat at maintenance eat 50-70% of your exercise calories that must be good

Any food is not bad if it fits on your daily calorie budget unless if you are trying to be way more healthy. Just eat in maintenance and if you're ready to take a deficit again do it slowly process by process :)

What? I doesn't, at first I questioned many times about exercise calories and sorry for that if i'm mistaken. Right now I got to try TDEE for week or two if it is good or whatever and I ask for peoples opinion here about the topic. Apologies if I offended anything here. :|

Sounds good. Sometimes if I'm at rest for more than an hour I could go down at 45-46. Keep it up improving your cardio health we can survive the zombie apocalypse easily :lol:
