I'm referring to myself :) College athlete playing Table Tennis and my performance goals is only to improve my playing ability. Because I'm still a student I mostly sit and read books and listen to class most of the day

For most people the equation is, clean eating to be healthy and for health reasons, calorie deficit for weight loss. :)

Yes, At morning I'm going for walk to go to coffee shop and at 12:00 I clean the house, 1:00-4:00 I'm staying outside with a friend going anywhere we want by walking and so the day goes on I get 6000-7000 steps a day no doubt maybe I'm not stay at home, I'm stay at my place haha

Using this band to try out how pedometer is more motivating versus without pedometer it's cheap and useful so much happy for this.

I have too so im the middle of my maintenance range but I'm cutting 500 on normal days for room of eating because this May until the last week of this month has many gatherings and next week is my birthday. I resume a normal maintenance at June I think :lol:

I don't think its water I wait first for couple of days to see the real gain and 2pounds was added because last week was a real vacation a real food porn :lol:

I drink diet instead of the regular ones if possible, weight loss is about calories in calories out but healthy eating id essential also :wink:

I like Cycling my summer hobby and Table Tennis my sport because i'm an athlete I dislike running for too long :( But walking/jogging is okay for me :smiley:

I'm maintaining and when I got to eat more it means surplus not like in lose weight if you would go over it means maintenance. Moving on is the best way for me :lol:

I'm a early morning exerciser and I found out that sometimes I'm hungry while I'm working out no choice I need to finish my workout before going back home to eat. :lol:

Ofcourse the answer is yes, You can eat a pizza, burger or french fries all day as long as it fits your daily calorie allowance (but don't try it it's unhealthy anyways) :lol:

Are you referring to exercise calories? Eating back that burn would be so important.

I'm 18 years old who's currently growing (maybe) I hope so :lol: I have also a big appetite like a growing teens. I just try to be more way active (I'm a college athlete so it's not a problem for me) find a good and enjoyable exercises or sports for you :)

I can eat pizza whole day and still lose weight, but I wouldn't do because it's unhealthy. The key for me to healthy eating habbits is not depriving yourself from anything I can enjoy that two slice of pizza if it fits in on my daily calorie budget.

I'm not that lean shreded muscle man, I still got a reasonable body fat but I'm not woried as long I'm exercising trying to be more healthy all is good for me :) I'm looking forward to recomposition after I graduate on college :)
