Hello MFPs! What's your favorite excersise? What do you hate doing?
For me I love squats and hate lunges

    Like: Cycling, walking, hiking, running on the treadmill, rowing, spinning classes, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, weight lifting, doing yoga, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing ... and probably more I can't think of right now.

    One day I would like to try archery and dancing.


    Dislike: Um.

    Well ... I won't do burpies or push ups.

    And I'm not good at anything that requires a considerable amount of flexibility. You'll probably never see me doing gymnastics.

    And I'm not keen on team sports.

    Dislike: burpees, bear crawls

    And a like/dislike relationship with running.

    I'm not keen on strength training, I do as little as I can get away with!

    Love: Cycling! Also swimming, running, and heavy squats.

    Hate: Anything on a stationary machine - treadmills, stationary bikes, rollers...

    Hate: I don't think I hate any exercise in particular; I have a world of exercise to explore now :)

    I like Cycling my summer hobby and Table Tennis my sport because i'm an athlete
    I dislike running for too long :( But walking/jogging is okay for me :smiley:

    Love, love, love: Walking for miles (power walking, walk/run intervals or steady-state at a fast or moderate pace) and weights!

    Like: Calisthenics, kettlebells, Pilates and pole fitness

    Dislike: Kickboxing and dancey workouts like Zumba

    Hate anything dance related like Zumba, I have no coordination!
