Hello MFPs! What's your favorite excersise? What do you hate doing?
For me I love squats and hate lunges

DISLIKE: Threadmill0 -
Like: squats and running
Dislike: push-ups0 -
Like: weights
Hate: cardio0 -
Like: Cycling, walking, hiking, running on the treadmill, rowing, spinning classes, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, weight lifting, doing yoga, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing ... and probably more I can't think of right now.
One day I would like to try archery and dancing.
Dislike: Um.
Well ... I won't do burpies or push ups.
And I'm not good at anything that requires a considerable amount of flexibility. You'll probably never see me doing gymnastics.
And I'm not keen on team sports.0 -
Like: walking, weight lifting, TRX, Boot camp class
Dislike: burpees, bear crawls
And a like/dislike relationship with running.0 -
Rock climbing. Especially when you get to rappel down afterwards.1

Love: Cycling! Also swimming, running, and heavy squats.
Hate: Anything on a stationary machine - treadmills, stationary bikes, rollers...0 -
Love: Cycling, walking, strength training, swimming, and my new found love - running
Hate: I don't think I hate any exercise in particular; I have a world of exercise to explore now0 -

I like Cycling my summer hobby and Table Tennis my sport because i'm an athlete
I dislike running for too long But walking/jogging is okay for me0 -

LOVE: deadlifts...just feels so natural...

Like: deadlifts and weighted step-ups

Love, love, love: Walking for miles (power walking, walk/run intervals or steady-state at a fast or moderate pace) and weights!
Like: Calisthenics, kettlebells, Pilates and pole fitness
Dislike: Kickboxing and dancey workouts like Zumba2 -
Love: Rowing, running, swimming
Dislike: Elliptical
Ok: Most everything else0 -
Love running, walking, swimming and strength training esp lunges and squats
Hate anything dance related like Zumba, I have no coordination!0 -
Love deadlifts, despise treadmills and stationary bikes. Not because its cardio, but because the windows are right next to them in my gym. Makes me want to just say fluff it and go outside.0

Love: Zumba and Pilates
Like: any other group fitness formats (Eg: kickboxing, yoga, bootcamps). I like swimming too. Lifting is cool.
Dislike: running. Ugh. I'll do it if someone is chasing me or if I have to go after food... otherwise I really don't like running.0 -

I love outdoor activities such as running, cycling, hiking, climbing, kayaking, paddle boarding etc. I also like yoga.
I hate lifting, but I know it is a necessity to keep me able to do the things I like without injury. I don't mind doing random strengthening exercises inserted into my daily activity (e.g. squats and lunges while playing fetch with my dog), but I find counting reps to be mind numbing and tedious. If anyone has any suggestions on making strength training more enjoyable, I'd love to hear them!
Currently trying to determine if I enjoy swimming laps. I am leaning towards no.0 -
I dislike squats, because I'm not very good at them.
I like deadlifts, because they hurt me in all the right places.0 -
Love: slingshot bench press. I love how I can handle much more volume with heavy weight and that feeling of getting the bar off my chest quickly.
Hate: Burpees. They are gross!

Love: deadlifts, squats, bench, any weights really
Dislike with a fiery burning hate: running, burpees, mountain climbers, and icky cardio related exercises.0 -
Love deadlifts the most, then barbell rows, pull-ups, front squats, overhead squats, bench press. Most upper body work really.
Hate back squats (because they're hard) and walking lunges, or any lower body exercise that I do for volume.
But nothing in this world is as awful as the elliptical. Or Zumba.0 -
running is my exercise/therapy of choice.
not a big fan of lifting, but i do it because i know it's good for me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯0
