I gained 2 pounds which its ok for me because it's still stay on my weight range. I gained it but it's not visible in my appearance should I cut out for two weeks to lose that gain or it's up to me if I will continue the maintenance or to cut, I know many will answer that it's up to me but I still want to hear some opinions and suggestions thanks

Weight fluctuates.... I could drink water and gain more than 2lbs.
Do you weigh daily and track your weight on a trending app?2 -
I think you should stay from the scale cuz you're driving us all crazy.
JK. But not really.
Seriously though, 2 pounds is nothing, stick to your plan and look at the bigger picture7 -

I don't know why this bit made me laugh! Are you trying to be polite, but not really :flowerforyou:
Op a gain of 2lbs is within normal fluctuations, see what happens in the next week or two.

2 pounds is well within the +/- 5 pounds weight fluctuation. Just cut cals for a week or two and resume your normal diet OR not, IT IS up to you..
You have way too much anxiety over a couple of pounds.1 -

Next time you go to bathroom i want you to weight before and after. I have lost 2lbs in a bathroom break. 2 lbs is nothing. Check trends not data points.0

Set a 5 lb maintenance range. If you get to the top end if the range, resume a deficit.0
