Nope one day of bad eating doesn't cause so much damage for me even if I do a 3500 surplus I'll gain it the next day but It will go away I just give it a *kitten* time  after a week I doesn't see a real weight pack on my body maybe because of TDEE or other factors that affect it I see I'm underestimating my exercise…
-
Maybe I can do it also  If I'm given a chance to eat that large amount without gaining I would. It's Matt Stonie right? A youtube eating king lol

Awesome, Yes I was doing lot of cardio 6-7x a week.
-
Yes  last 6 years ago, I got a heart surgery because of polmunary problems and now i'm ok improving more my cardio health. I do cycling 80-100 minutes per day

Do you have diabetese or blood sugar issues? If you don't have why demonized sugar and carbs? Sugar and carbs isn't bad, But regulating maybe wiser. I always have sugar and carbs while i'm losing weight and I successfully made it, keep a deficit theres no magic in low carb thr deficit will do the job in weight loss

I banked calories usually I do around 200 and make it for five days so I would have 1000 for weekends to eat sometimes I banked more if I know that there was occassions ahead. Just plan out dont make a binge is the key

I agree for some reasons last week i've eaten a 7000 calorie surplus than what I needed In a whole week but though i weigh myself this morning I don't see any move up from the scale numbers. I also exercise as much as possible so i'm a active so i think i underestimate my exercise because if MFP give me 700 calorie burn I…

I count calories and lose weight even though i'm not making it as complicated weighing all the foods i'm eating. If I make a 500 calorie deficit I loss 1kg in two weeks how is it inaccurate? This, and I think it depends on a person logging sometimes they eat more than what they logging that's why for some it's not linear…
-
My purpose in converting cycling to step is to determine how much I move in a actual day.
-
Self management and control is the key for me. I got nothing a bad day even I eat not that good it's just a surplus calories eaten in the day I could deficit it the next day motivate yourself. ☺☺

Yes, thats what also come in my mind at first too but I heard that it can be convert to steps so I'd ask for answers here at MFP

Peanut butter sandwich. Would you have a pizza or regular zoda?
-
It is setup correctly for me.
-
They're sore after I finish cycling. I'm an 80-100 minutes averaging cycling perday.
-
Really always happening to me too, thats why I don't love running. I would rather cycling up or play table tennis (ping pong) up whole day than to run.
-
Example I cycling up to 60 minutes and MFP give me 600 example and I get the 60% from via online percentage calc. And the 60% of the 60 minutes is what I am logging up

I do eat protein but not that much and I couldn't figure out how much protein I eat daily because I use quick add I'd already memorize how much calories my food eaten frequently.
-
I place my calorie goal at Sedentary which gives me 2110 calorie goal and log all my exercises. I don't know how would I call myself on daily activity basis because i'm a person who doesn't sit a lot i'm walking/biking going to market and walking also going to coffee shop I play it safe going at sedentary lol

So does it mean that Step tracker is only meant for step like walking and run not for some any. Actually im not using a firness tracker connected to fitbit, I would use a cheap tracker Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and gonna try it myself if it is also counting non-step exercises well thanks for answers
