Needed to hear this too. I am so fatigued and my appetite is crazy right now. 2 days of at least 2,000 calories. I hope I didn't gain 5 pounds. Better day tomorrow. Blessings

At 260 my blood pressure was dangerously high with readings at 200/95. Was told I could have a stroke. Was taking 1000 milligrams for it for years, was a kick in the pants to lose the weight. I know exactly how you feel. This happened to me for the last few weeks. My advice is keep logging and exercise. Hard work pays off. I was stuck on 138 it seems forever. Then to 137, then 135..Then all of sudden scale went to 133.5. Keep going, don't give up. You got this

Hi, I'm a mom of 4. Ages 7-22 have a 2 year old grandbaby. I homeschool my youngest. I walk in the am, and after supper. I also started doing hiit work outs here and there. As time allows. Before bed I'll life 3-5 pound weights for arms. Trying to get everything balanced but it's difficult. But feel better after excercise.

I want to lose 10-15 pounds by May 6th. Everytime I get on scale, its like Groundhog day. Scale stays 137-138. No matter what I do, try to stay at 1100 calories and walk 3 miles a day. I am 5 foot 3, 41 years old.
