okay 1. congrats on your accomplishment of becoming a nurse! that's seriously wonderful but 2. why come so far to stop now? don't be discouraged! just keep going. it sucks your mom is being all "blah" and whatever, but who cares? did she hold your hand every day and walk you to class? or complete your assignments? or…

i go anywhere from 4-6x a week, depending on my schedule and also what my body says :) i generally always feel better the more i go, though.

Try upping cardio. What's your diet like? That plays a big role, too.

active rest days! just do a lighter version of whatever your works usually are. maybe more stretching/yoga on those days. stretching is always a good idea anyways.

i mean, yeah. but i would pick a calorie goal for your week days that will create a sufficient enough deficit for your weekends. that way you can "bank" those calories during the week and use the on the weekend... while still staying under a weekly calorie goal which = weightloss. it's truly about commitment, though.…

"crack slaw" ... i see it was suggested above. you won't regret it!

what is about it that intimidates you? being judged/watched, etc? i throw my headphones in as soon as i hit the door, and i just head over to whatever area i'm working in and do my thing. gym talk makes me super uncomfortable, too, so i generally just avoid people. having your headphones in and staying focused on what…

going low carb (keto) played a big part in me losing 77 lbs. before that the weight was coming off, but much harder and at a slower pace. (not necessarily a bad thing). keep in mind that generally just cutting carbs creates a calorie deficit which, naturally, plays a huge part in weightloss. i recommend googling LCHF for…

diet plays a huge role. try adjusting that, upping cardio. but don't cut back on weights.
