Excellent advice. I tend to be very rigid and expect perfection from myself. That of course sets me up to fail. Then when I fail I completely lose motivation. That sounds like a great plan. Do you have any suggestions for lunches and meals that can be preprepped? I bring my lunch every day and usually end up with sandwiches on low cal bread with fruit. That's ok but it does get boring. Dinner is usually salad, vegetables, chicken and a fruit. Boring!

Yeah. That was a hard one. That didn't make sense. I figured if 1230 was good then 1100 was better. Nope. When I ate closer to the 1230, by eating more protein and healthy fat, the weight loss started again. Learning as I go.

I'm definitely going to purchase a scale. Maybe my measuring is off. I have not been exercising because of asthma and I get out of breath easily. I'm going to try to start walking. Even a mile would be more than I do now. This is a forever lifestyle, not a diet. I will never stop.
