  • Watching wilfred and thinking about dinner.
  • I honestly wasn't a fan of what the health. They seemed biased. That being said I don't eat meat and limit dairy for ethical and enviromeantal reasons. Just make sure you eat whole foods. You might need a b12 supplement. My favorite vegan YouTubers High carb Hannah (food and weightloss) Hot for Food (vegan comfort food)…
  • Get rid of the junk if it's possible. It's all about will power. And keep your favorite fruit or veggie snack for that purpose. I buy apples and grapes in case I get a sweet tooth after dinner.
  • Lose 30 lbs by the time I visit my husband's side of the family for Christmas. Just gotta stick to 2 lbs a week and I'll be there before I realize it. Second mini goal is to start kickboxing classes in October.
  • It's not consistent enough to be a set exercise. Sometimes it consists of zero work other times it feels like you're dying. Also, it doesnt burn many calories.
  • Lately I've stopped myself from having anything sugary by drinking a small smoothie. But...I couldn't stop myself from ordering Chinese noodles today and paid the price. About 15 minutes after eating I got violently sick. So I'm very put off by crappy food now.
  • He was the first male fitness YouTuber I followed. His wife Maria has a very inspiring story as well.
  • Depends on my mood. Sometimes I want half a bag of gardein tenders covered in buffalo sauce. Other times I eat a huge tray of roasted veggies for dinner. I volume eat when I'm super hungry. It definitely helps me to stay full longer and not snack.
  • Just don't go for mayo covered or tempura things. Usually means more fatty. Most sushi is healthy.

  • Definitely possible. I think I eat healthier when I spend less money. I set a budget of 300 a month for my husband and I rarely hit it. Most importantly look for sales and get a store card. Many staples last longer than a week so you won't have to rebuy them ex: brown rice, oats, bread, ceral, beans Try to eat balanced…
  • I saw a guy walking a Newfoundland in about 85 degree heat through Seattle. Everyone was in awe of how gorgeous the dog was (even stopping to take pictures) but no one seemed to notice how much it was panting.
  • You look incredible! Great job :) I love seeing PCOS success stories. It gives many women motivation when they've lost hope.
  • Healthier than many other options out there. I usually get a Mediterranean veggie sandwich and tomato soup. So good. Too expensive and too much sodium would be my main complaints.
  • I've heard about fasted cardio, but I'm not sure if it helps much. I'd rather have a snack 30min-1hour before the gym so I can actually do perform. No point in doing fasted workouts if you can't give it your all and work as hard.
  • I grew up in South Carolina and now live on the west coast. But, since I know more about SC I'll do it. Did you like it there? Not really. I always wanted to move away. How are the people? My small group of friends were great, but 80% of everyone else sucked. Closed minded people. And many, many racist. The saddest thing…
  • I carry more weight in my stomach, to the point I think it's slightly disproportionate. So I gain more weight there. I'd hope I start losing it there, but it doesn't work like that. My face, arms, back, thighs, butt etc all shrink when I lose weight.
  • All three sports mentioned will help with weight loss if you actually do them properly. If you're simply throwing volleyball out because of your reason given then do volleyball because it will definitely help you get in shape. Volleyball practice at my highschool consisted of intense cardio and strength training.
  • Just because you weren't happy being plus size doesn't mean some people aren't. I think the whole movement is saying whether people like it or not everyone is going to be a different weight and shape so stop being an *kitten* to someone because you don't like how they look. As much as "healthy weights" are promoted there…
  • Peanut butter, then water to wash it down.
  • If I see a gorgeous girl I don't think bad of her just wonder what it's like being that gorgeous. When I do compare myself it's never with the thoughts of "I'm so gross, I wish I looked like that, she so much better" I think that's a little pathetic. It's more along the lines of "I'd wear this and that if I had her boobs"…
  • The right amount of hair (I like somewhat hairy men) Someone who has their life together ( bc I dont) Loving Funny And ya know So, pretty much my husband
  • Being heavy since middle school I never had a goal weight because I didn't know what it was like to be thin as a teen/young adult. Finally got down to around 140 in highschool and still felt unsatisfied. My current goal range is 130-145 but with weight lifting. I had zero muscle then and was very weak. Not too set on the…
  • I'm not one for weird food combos (makes me gag) But I like ketchup on scrambled eggs (only on scrambled) I enjoy dipping fried into my shakes And I love potato wedges with mustard That's about as odd as flavor combos go
  • The best advice I can give is don't set your goal too big and stop with all or nothing. Realize when you over eat at dinner, it's not the end of what you were trying to accomplish. Do better tomorrow, don't become defeated and continue to overeat. Don't starve yourself. Slowly decrease your intake of calories so the…
  • Tell him it's starting to piss you off and that he needs to stop commenting. Let him know that it's not helpful and you want him to STOP. If he cares about how you feel he will. My husband has probably made one or two comments since we've been together, but he was actually being helpful.
  • You can aim to get similar macros that you were before just eating less meat. Substitute it with Tempeh, tofu, eat lots of beans, leafy greens, nuts and nut butters. I lost fat by lowering my carbs on a vegetarian diet.
  • For someone to come and clean my kitchen.
  • Maybe try another store? And as someone said try some frozen veggies. They still have great nutritional value. Buy store brand. Get a stores loyalty card for more savings. I spend 50-60$ a week on my husband and I shopping at Safeway (if you have one download their app. I save up to 30$ a week using it)/fred Meyer.…
