What does healthier mean to you?

Sushi/sashimi fits in just about any plan -- lower calorie, vegan, high protein, keto, etc. My "healthy" may not be your "healthy."

So what exactly are you looking for? We can offer tips.

Get anything you want and discard the rice if your calorie budget is tight. Otherwise, enjoy the hell out of your evening.

I look ahead at the menu and approximate calorie counts. Some places charge you extra if you don't eat the rice. I prefer to plan and stay within a reasonable goal, even if I go over my calories. Going in with a plan and a good idea of what the calorie counts are can help you make better choices.

Just don't go for mayo covered or tempura things. Usually means more fatty.
    Most sushi is healthy.
