  • Hi! Thanks for your kind words. I tend to do low GI foods e.g porridge instead of cornflakes, brown basmati rice instead of white and soya and linseed bread instead of white.   • I logged cals on a fasting day as I found it very educational seeing how many cals were in foods at the very beginning. If you already know this then you don't need to but it worked for me.

  • I have an underactive thyroid and have to take 175mcg of Thyroxine per day. I've recently shed 35 pounds so it is possible to do it but appreciate everyone is different. Exercise has elevated my metabolism I'm sure. Good LUCK everyone.
