6'2, Male 30's. Started at 255 November 28th, down to 221 this morning. Goal is 205.

Counting macros, total calories. Lifting 3 days a week. No cardio to this point.

Nutrition 40% protein, 30-40% Fats, remaining Carbs depending on the day and needs.
