No-- something to try!

It's definitely the salty crunchy.

I guess corn is a danger zone for many of us.

I'm still feeling pretty awful this morning. I even threw up my normal breakfast protein shake. :( This is just awful. If it was the corn chips, I'm cured of that craving forever I think.

Yeah...my doctor said that sometimes the things that you think are the most delicious are the things that are with the worst for you. I love corn chips and popcorn. I definitely don't like this reaction though.

Yes, definitely if I'd known how awful I would feel I would not have had those delicious corn chips.

Since I started eating those Ultralean Gluco Support bars occasionally, even keeping my carbs under my goal, I've noticed that my Keto strips have been testing at the trace and none levels, vs. small or trace. Yesterday I didn't eat any at all, sticking close to home I was able to prepare something every couple of hours…

I think pickles are allowed! As long as there is no sugar. Good idea.

I am noticing that already. I tried to eat an apple and couldn't eat the whole thing...it was just TOO SWEET. :)

Thanks! I joined that forum, see you there.

Hello all. I just finished my first week on keto and am looking for moral support to keep it up. It's working, but my body is still adjusting, and I fear I'm already tired of kale and spinish--which I used to love! But having those veggies a couple of times a day is straining that love... I'd like friends to inspire each…

Hi! I just finished my first keto week. First it was hard, then it was easy, and now I'm tired of kale and spinach. All in one week so much emotionally cycling about it! I would love some moral support and to be able to give moral support to others.
