Hi again - that should read ‘I may eat some of the 634 deficit at the weekend’. Last week I ended up with 3-4000 deficit calories which I thought was ridiculous. Hi - I do 16/8 fasting - so u fast for 16 hours then eat your calorie allocation within the remaining 8 hour window. I guess this isn’t really fasting because I’m not going without my food - I’m simply eating it within a smaller window of time rather than spread out over a day. Skiing I love - although not really possible to incorporate it into my daily routine as a form of exercise - due to me living in the U.K. & there not being much snow or mountains near by! I do however go to France once a year for a weeks skiing - & its definitely a great workout!

5'2.5 here - I'm 156 & want to be 130. I'm great during the week - but weekends are difficult. I tend to try and bank calories mid week to use for weekend treats - which does work. I walk for 45 mins on a treadmill each day at an incline & have also started doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred to tone up.

I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 4 x a week. Level 1 & 2 are available on u-tube for free & they are each 20 mins in length. They are great for strength with a bit of cardio in between each circuit. I only use 2 kilo weights but have seen definite results in the 2 months I've been doing them. I don't bother with level 3…
