I'm not training for anything. Just want to lose weight and tone up (no bulking).

I eat well, I just want to reduce the intensity of Insanity. Like I commented before its so much jumping and it's hurt my feet from the day I started to the day I decided to stop. I'm glad I lost a couple pounds with it, but it was just too intense.

I put my body through crazy stress in the beginning. After a couple weeks I was getting used to it and then the next week, my body couldn't get through it.. it was random. I started getting chills while I was doing it, so I decided to stop and start something else.

Most relevant comment on here. Thank you. No, I'm not broke. Lol I watch a lot of YouTube and in their just trying to sell you stuff but it sounds convincing. I just wanted to make sure I benefit from my workouts in the beginning before regretting many months in and be at a stand still without it. You know?

No I didn't think it will help me lose weight, I was just looking/hoping for what the packaging claims. Like "fuels muscle growth". Again, YouTube has sucked me in.

I'm a very eager and impatient person, so I will buy just about anything to help make this weight loss process easier. I will take it back and finish using this green tea fat burning pills.

Walmart has good narrow shoes. I have wide feet so I have to buy my shoes in men's sizes. Very affordable.

Thanks for the tip! That sounds simple enough. Do you think I can add in like a 3-mile walk everyday? I don't get in enough steps on my FitBit.

That's crazy! I was just looking at mine last night. Lol I was wondering the same thing. I just started my journey but my stomach is getting smaller and I can see under my breast starting to form the beginning of abs, but it's poking out a lot. I tried laying down to see if it'll go down, but it's still there..

I figured it be easier to to a full body strength routine 3x a week so I don't have to worry about leg day, arm day, etc. I'm already confused lol I'm on a calorie deficit too.

That makes sense. I've been caught up in the hype of trying to lose 20 pounds this month like others have on YouTube. I know it's a little excessive to lose that much weight in that amount of time.. I just thought it was doable. Thanks for your comment.

I feel like if you are doing little to no exercise, then that rule applies. I went from doing absolutely nothing to doing Insanity.. I kinda expected that weight loss at my weight, plus I changed my eating habits.

I know for sure I can't be dehydrated. I now drink only water, 4-7 bottles a day.

That's what I meant. A raw food diet. And I wouldn't commit to it for a long term lifestyle. It was a thought just for a week or two. Kinda like a cleanse.

What I meant was like a raw food diet, so I could possibly get my protein from nuts or something. It was just a thought. I don't think I could commit to it anyways.
