  • Local mall and people watch!
  • At least once, and sometimes a few, times per week first thing in the morning after a quick visit to the little boy's room. I feel that gives the most accurate weight given water weight can vary day to day. However I only LOG Monday mornings. That way the little ups and downs smooth out.

  • Sounds interesting. I am aiming for 4hrs/week of water workouts. This is just a little more. And that is the idea. Pushing just a little further.
  • Emerald had a decent variety of 100 cal snack packs with almonds, lightly salted almonds, almonds and walnuts, almonds and cranberries.
  • 100 cal almond/walnut/cranberry "snack packs" from Emerald. 100 cal "chewy" granola bars (Kroger has decent variety packs of them, just watch the calories as they have larger bars as well). 100 cal Oreo 2-packs. You can buy them by the dozen at Walmart. As you can tell I am big on the 100 cal items as it makes…
  • Nope. Enter food daily and weight once a week. No checking goals or resetting (until today). In fact now that I think of it, it did not adjust calories back when I first used the app a few years ago. Had to "restart" to get the calories adjusted.

However I just reset the start date and current weight on "settings" and it forced the change (only a 40kCal change though). Thank you.
  • Steam Powered Giraffe "Malfunction".
  • Thank you all for the suggestions. Time to go shopping! I picked up some of the 100 cal Emerald nuts last night. Pretty good. While I was there I also pucked up some mandarin oranges and (more as I already buy them) bananas. I will have to look around and see what is available.
  • Open office/cubicles. Funny thing is that I use a spare cubicle as our coffee/break area. Bring in K-cups/tea/cocoa/etc. Don't really get a lot of help with that. But as I said I like to share! I do have a small refrig set up but I don't want to fill it with snacks as we need every cubic inch we can get for lunches (main…
  • Water enhancers are getting quite cheap. You can get the Kroger or Walmart generics for $2.50-$2.68 on sale. Just be careful not to get the "electrolyte" sports versions. Yuck!
  • It would not hurt to verify daily calories with one of the more accurate calculators out there. Switch to "expert" mode and you can make all sorts of changes. https://www.supertracker.usda.gov/bwp/index.html
