Good point. My end goal is to lose the unnecessary body fat. Considering I don't want to lose any more weight, my other goal is to shape the body as best as I can. What I want to do in those two days? No idea yet :-) Hence my post. I'm looking for something that will enable me to hit my end goals - losing fat and shaping…

Since I'm doing IF, mornings are the way to do it for me.

I eat apple or a banana and once/twice per week I eat... Snickers ice cream! Yeah I love it :-). And it didn't stop me for dropping and then maintaining weight. I just have to make sure to include it in my calories calculation and it's grand.

So to summarise, are there any real benefits from doing IF apart from delaying the calories intake? I mean if that's the case then I can eat 2 bananas in the morning and then I'm sorted until lunch time.

Folks, you convinced me to stick with IF. I quite like that feeling of my first meal at 12pm/1pm. I appreciate it more. I guess I'm just not 100% sold on IF being a healthy method/lifestyle. It sure works though! :-)

Interesting... it all makes sense to be honest. I think all of you are right. It all depends on the perspective. Personally the only reason why I am even thinking about dropping IF is that I reached my weight goal and I think I can keep within my calories limit without IF. That said, weekdays are easy enough as I'm busy…
