anything under 1200 is insane, sometimes losing 2 pounds a week cant be an option if your calorie maintenance is super low

follow the calculator for a week, and depending if you gain/lose/maintain adjust from there. Adjusting yourself will always be the best option. I followed the 2500 calorie goal for a week and ended up losing 3 pounds a week and had to bump up to 3500 calories, i dont know why it was so off

Try to drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated. If you are thirsty it is already too late and your body is telling you it is dehydrated

If you're working out 5 times a week for 90 minutes 1360 calories is insanely low, sounds like you slowed down your metabolism alot but dont worry you can fix it. You should calculate your TDEE and start from there. It will estimate your calorie maintenance.
