I too am new to this site. Fight on girl! Have you tried the low carb foods? The ones that substitute for others. Like carb smart tortillas? Or breyers carb smart ice cream? Dont really help with calories much, but the taste buds appreciate it!

Keep pushing! I went from 320 to 270. Stayed there fer a year (lack of effort) then recently down to 250. With a goal of getting to 200. What i learned is when you need to stop losing fer a bit. Go on maintenance, dont gain it back. But give it a predetermined length if a break. And just maintain till yer ready to…

Sounds like its time to shift yer diet. Take a new approach with regards to nutrition. Not just fer flavor but also the nutrients themselves. That shud reignite the loss. We all tend to get in ruts of eating the same stuff cuz it worked. Shifting tends to allow it to work better. Hope that helped!
